GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. How do I make a purchase?

Choose the product and select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your item will appear in your shopping bag
on the top right of the screen. When you’re ready to place your order, selectProceed to Checkout from the
shopping bag and proceed with checkout process. Please notice that you have to have our account to
make an order and you will get 10% off voucher when you first register. If you have any problems making
a purchase, please leave your query on my page>1:1 query.

2. What payment methods does THEHANDSOME.COM accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and JBC for Credit Card. We also accept PAYPAL and ALIPAY.


3. Is it possible for non-members to make purchase?

Only members who are registered to THEHANDSOME.COM can make a purchase.

Shopping Bag
  • Select a color and a size of a product you wish to buy, and add to the Shopping Bag.
  • Maximum 50 items can be added to the Shopping Bag, and will be stored for 30 days. Items stored over 30 days will be deleted automatically. Add items that you want to keep for a long time to the Wish List.
  • Sold-out items in the Shopping Bag will be deleted automatically.

Orders / Pay
  • You can order when you log in after joining our membership. Non-member cannot place an order.
  • Click to “Pay Now” on a product detail page, or select & check out a item on the Shopping Bag.
  • Please type your shipping address in English for international shipping.
  • Discount coupon applicable at the stage of an order page.
  • 3 types of payment methods

    - Paypal

    - Alipay

  • Once the payment is completed you will be able to check the order list on My page.
  • Click to “Size Measurement” for a more detailed size info on a product page.
  • According to the method of measurement, errors less than 1-2cm may occur.
  • All Items are to be sold in both offline and online stores, so some items could be out of stock in real time. Sold-out items are fully refundable.
  • The time of restock is not determined, however, if you leave your inquiries on my page>1:1 query, we try our best to get back to you soon by checking an estimated time.
  • Our sale may start without any notices. We do not make price match or free return due to the fact that item is on sale.

  • If you find an error on a delivery tracking, please leave your query on my page>1:1 query.
  • Any changes of options of ordered items, a shipping address and cancellation cannot be allowed at the stage of a product preparation.
Cancel Order
  • You may cancel an order at the stage of payment completed.
  • If you want a partial cancellation, please place a new order after cancelling the previous order. (It may not go through Customs)
  • Cancellation cannot be allowed at the stage of a product preparation. Please request a product return after receiving a package.

How to Return
  • Please click to “Request Return” on My Page and Select a reason for return and upload photo proof.
  • After approval of return, we ask a shipping company to pick up your return item.
  • Courier service will contact you directly to arrange time of pickup.
  • Along with a package of your return item, please send a filled return document which you received by email to courier service.
  • Once your return item arrives, we compare the state of a returned item and a submitted reason with photo proof, and confirm to proceed refund process. For a full refund, a return item should be a new and unworn condition in the original packaging.
  • If the returned product is confirmed to be not defected or misdelivered, the refund amount can be different from the estimated refund amount.

Return
  • We offer a free return service except for the case if the purchased amount is reduced to less than ₩200,000 by returning some of ordered items,
    ₩20,000 (Shipping fee) will be deducted from total refundable amount.
  • Product return cannot be allowed in case tags have been removed or damaged.
  • In case the purchased amount is reduced due to a partial return, coupons which are only applicable when purchasing over a certain amount cannot be applied.
  • Note that it may take 2-3 days for a payment approval cancellation by a card/payment company. Please contact directly to the customer service of a card/payment company.
  • Followings are cases for a full refund.
  1. 1. Original state of an item is damaged or defective. (It should be confirmable by a uploaded photo.)
  2. 2. Confirmed wrong delivery.
  3. 3. Actual size measurement differ from details on THEHANDSOME.COM (Excl. error less than 1-2cm)
  4. 4. Packages are not delivered to customers properly, due to other reasons caused by THEHANDSOME.COM or a delivery company.
  • Duty, Customs Tariffs and WAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government.

  • A logistics company or customs office will contact you to guide on payment process of duties and taxes.
