1. How can I join in THEHANDSOME.com?

A: Click the 'SIGN IN' at upper side menu of the website, and then check the 'REGISTER' button.
You can join in our site by filling in ID, e-mail, and required a few simple information.

2. What kind of benefits do you offer for members?

A: A 5% discount coupon will be issued immediately to the registered e-mail. Also, there are various promotions
for global members, so check to subscribe the newsletter when you join in.

3. Is it possible for non-members to order items on the website?

A: Non-members cannot order. Only members who register in THEHANDSOME.com can order online.

4. What if I forget my ID/password?

A: Contact to handsome.co.kr@gmail.com, and notify you of a reset password.

5. How can I cancel my membership?

A: Contact to handsome.co.kr@gmail.com. We send you a cancellation confirmation e-mail after deleting
your personal information from the website.

1. Where can I find a detailed product information such as material, size measurement, and etc.?

A: Check the detailed description at the product page. Size measurements are subject to tolerances upon materials.

2. What if I have an additional queries on a product?

A: Please contact to handsome.co.kr@gmail.com, and reply you with a detailed answer.

3. What if an item which I want to order is currently out of stock?

A: Normally, we make them in small quantities, so it is hard to be restocked.

4. Products uploaded in the Korean site are not in the English/Chinese site sometimes. Why?

A: Depending on stock, some items cannot be delivered to foreign countries.

5. What is your price policy? (Pricing Errors, Sale Adjustment)

A:
Pricing Errors We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts,
pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed,
we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.
Sale Adjustment The price of an already purchased product is not adjustable in principle, even if its price becomes lower due to sale.

A: Check the MY PAGE > ORDER HISTORY.

2. How can I cancel my order before delivery?

3. How can I change a shipping address before delivery?

A: Contact to handsome.co.kr@gmail.com

4. What if tracking the status of an order is not available on the website?

A: Contact to handsome.co.kr@gmail.com with information of an order date, a name, and a total amount of an order.
We notify you of the order number with which you can track the status of orders on the website.

1. How can I change the color/size or payment method after completing payment? 

A: After canceling an order or returning an item, you should make payment for a new order.

2. What is the return process?

A: If a customer wants to return purchased item to us, please contact to handsome.co.kr@gmail.com.
We send you a return invoice via an email. You can print it out and fill out the form, and DHL will contact you to
pick up the return item in a few days.

In case of the withdrawal of purchase intention, customer should bear cost for return(approx.
KRW100,000~130,000 which is varied for regions) and a VAT 10% of the product price.
We refund a customer paid price minus the expenses incurred in process of return.
(We notify the final refund amount to a customer's email in advance after receiving returned item.)

※ Expected return period : It takes 10 business days or so from the date of receipt of return intention.
In case of a faulty product return, Handsome will bear all expenses incurred.

3. How can I exchange a product?

A: After returning it back, you should repurchase a product.
Customer should bear all expenses incurred in process of return, and also the shipping cost for your first purchased item.
A shipping cost for a repurchased item is free, however, customer have to pay a duty.

4. What if I want to return some of ordered items?

A: If a customer wants to return purchased item to us, please contact to handsome.co.kr@gmail.com.
We send you a return invoice via an email. You can print it out and fill out the form, and DHL will contact you to

1. What payment methods do thehandsome.com support?

A: Visa®, MasterCard®, JCB®, Paypal, Alipay, and Tenpay are available to use on our website.

2. How can I change payment methods? 

A: It is not possible to change payment method for an already completing settlement.
Customer should make new payment after canceling a previous order or returning an item back. 

3. Duty & Tax

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination
of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that
merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government.
The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary by recipient countries.

For this reason, Handsome can hardly predict, and cannot notify the final applicable amount on the website.
Please be well-informed of a tariff rate of the shipping country before making purchase.
