- Free shipping benefit is offered based on the actual payment amount calculated after applying discounts and coupons.
- For purchases under KRW 200,000(approx. $180), a shipping fee will be charged and the amount varies by country.
- Estimated shipping times vary by country. (Average shipping time is 4~7days)
- Shipping is available for the following countries.
- The Americas : USA, Canada
- Asia : China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Viet Nam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Philippines, Bangladeshi, India
- Middle East : Qatar, UAE, Kuwait
- Europe : Swiss, Denmark, Sweden, Holland, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, France, Iceland, UK, Italy, Spain, Turkey
- Oceania : Australia, New Zealand
Return
- Returns are available only if a return is requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns are not accepted if the product tags have been removed or damaged.
- If the amount of the purchase is less than KRW 200,000(approx. $180) by returning some of ordered items, free return is not available. Maximum KRW 20,000 (Shipping fee) will be deducted from total refundable amount.
